November is in full swing in Edmonton, and the chilly weather hints at us that the holidays are just around the corner. But a little cold weather doesn’t stop the city from having a great time. From outdoor festivals to angry birds, Edmonton comes alive this November just before the holidays. Here’s everything to do in Edmonton this November.
Angry Bird Universe at Telus World of Science, all month
Kids and Angry Birds loving adults alike will have a blast at this interactive exhibit based on the popular mobile game. Children will have the opportunity to learn about the life cycle of birds, the physics behind how they fly, and explore the scientific principles of vortex and mass. Sound too education to possibly be fun? There’s also a slingshot game and, in true Angry Birds fashion, a zip line where kids can “be the bird” and try to knock down giant foam structures.
Tickets are $27.95 for adults and $19.95 for children, with family passes available. Plus, every Thursday from 5PM-10PM, adults can play in the exhibit kid-free.
All is Bright Festival on 124th St., November 19th
